Nominator Details

In all categories except the young entrepreneur, your business must be at least 2 years old as of January 1, 2017 (established before January 1, 2015)
Please note that non-profit corporations are NOT eligible for these awards

Nomination Categories

Please indicate the Categories for which the nominee(s) meets the criteria and rank in order of preference. Example: 1 being your first preference, 2 being your second preference etc. You must select at least 1 category.Nominees will be placed in the category that represents their BEST chance of success for receiving an award.
Young Entrepreneurs who have demonstrated entrepreneurial creativity with excellent prospects for continued growth are celebrated in this category. Nominees must be age 29 or younger as of January 1, 2017 to be nominated.
This award recognizes entrepreneurs who have demonstrated entrepreneurial success and excellence in their new enterprise.Business must be between 2 - 5 years old as of January 1, 2017
Successful entrepreneurs in an established enterprise will be represented in this category, which will be based on their longevity and track record of success. Business must be at least 5 years old as of January 1, 2017
This award is presented to entrepreneurs of a multigenerational family owned business of two or more generations, who have adapted the business to current markets.Business must be at least 2 years old as of January 1, 2017
The recipient of this award will be an entrepreneur who has recognized an opportunity and developed an innovative solution to a problem, or created a market where there was none before.Business must be at least 2 years old as of January 1, 2017
This award represents Niagara entrepreneurs who have successfully entered the international marketplace, or have significantly increased their international presence through entrepreneurial business activities.Business must be at least 2 years old as of January 1, 2017
This category celebrates entrepreneurs who have developed new technology, or the advancement of existing technology to benefit an enterprise. They will be awarded for their achievements, entrepreneurial spirit, and scope of technological impact.Business must be at least 2 years old as of January 1, 2017
This award recognizes entrepreneurs whose approach best represents entrepreneurial success in Niagara's Tourism and Hospitality industry (i.e. attractions, restaurants, hotels, wineries etc.).Business must be at least 2 years old as of January 1, 2017
The Agricultural, Horticultural & Environmental award recipient will embody the spirit of entrepreneurship, demonstrating success while either making a positive impact on Niagara’s agriculture and/or horticulture industry. (i.e.: farmers, greenhouses, grape growers, producers of raw commodities, etc.) or have demonstrated entrepreneurial success with a product, service and/or system that has made a positive impact on the environment.Business must be at least 2 years old as of January 1, 2017
